The meditation courses are designed to help those who wish to learn to meditate. Meditation 1 will give basics of meditating, the basics. Meditation 2 will enhance the basics as well as supply students with methods to be used with the elements and more.

    This course is designed to help you in Basic Meditation. It will give you a foundation in various techniques and help you find the best one that suits you. This is not a Theory Course, but a Practice course, and you will be required to meditate at least 3 nights a week for 8 weeks from 10 to 30 minutes. Please do not enroll into this course, if you are unable to make this commit and this kind of dedication. Each Lesson is designed for you to meditate at least 3 nights a week from 10 to 30 minutes and cannot be bunched up (cannot combine all sessions into one day), and you cannot work ahead.                                      

Prerequisites: Meditation 101, Wicca 2, or Witchcraft 2, or Paganism 2  


This course is all about practice, practice, practice. Students will be required to meditate a minimum of 6 nights a week for at least 30 minutes each. At the end of the course, the student should be able to meditate with confidence anywhere. There is also an essay and some reading within the class. One thing required is an open mind and a willingness to participate 100%.
